Overcooked! 2 is the sequel to the addicting culinary simulator from the developer Ghost Town Games and Team17 Digital Ltd about insane culinary battles in the Onion Kingdom. The player will have to go to the kingdom again, because the world is in danger. Again. Hungry Bread has risen from the dead and is ready to eat whatever gets in its way. You need to feed it as quickly as possible. And the old team will be able to cope with this task, ready to cook many delicious dishes for the monster.
You can play both alone and as part of a team, where one will get the ingredients for the dishes, the other will chop, the third one will cook, the fourth – will serve, and so on. Thanks to the well-coordinated team work you can earn a lot of points, which depend on the service quality and speed. Everything should be top notch! You need to keep track of the clients and the timer: the earlier tue visitors receive their order, the more tips they will leave. And this will bring additional bonuses. If the dish is served at the wrong time, or if you bring something that the client didn’t order, the player will be fined.
Don’t expect the player to just run around the kitchen. Each new level will allow you to acquire new skills: to learn how to cook on an assembly line, or in a castle with flying ladders. The player will be able to travel across the moving platforms via teleports, saving time by throwing ingredients through dynamic kitchens that evolve and change. Some of them can get you to completely new places. Cooking will have to be done in a variety of places: an underground mine, a Japanese restaurant, a school of magic, and even on another planet.
There are only three options involved in the game: run, take and interact. The player will have to go through the dozens of interesting locations that have a unique atmosphere and conditions.
