Join Paramour on Sunday, September 16 for a summer pig roast event. The main course will be a whole, locally raised pig, slow roasted in a traditional Cuban-style roasting box and rubbed with adobo and fresh citrus juices. Paramour Chefs will carve up the perfectly roasted pork as part of a family-style buffet that will include BBQ classics such as corn bread and baked beans. Yards Brewing Company of Philadelphia will also be on hand for this event to proudly supply guests with a selection of their handcrafted ales as a complement to this tasty cuisine.
